Exhibitor Information – Registrations


Green Exhibits,  Community Service Displays, Healing Arts, Handmade and upcycled crafts; You make Earth Day a day to remember!


Earth Day: 1546 Creek Lane, Salem VA 24153 (sorry no online or email/fax option).

New location in Wasena Park 2015!  

More room for exhibitors, demonstrations and kid’s activities.

Exhibitors: You will receive your site location a week or so before festival including booth ideas for securing tents and creative displays.   You provide your own tent canopy, tables and chair.  We expect many new visitors this year.   On the day of the festival, please plan to unload, park your vehicle, return to set up your booth, and be ready for visitors by 9:45 AM.

Please Note: Exhibitors will need to walk over grass to your booth location.  We hope to have volunteers to help if needed.

Early Registrations save $5 before March 1st.  Send registration today! Please add a description for web site and program. Remember to schedule extra educators/volunteers for your booth so you can enjoy the day and meet others.   We will have extra activities in the field and by the river this year. If you have an activity to share in the park (presentation or demonstration, outside your booth), we’d love to talk with you, and make special registration arrangements for you.   Please contact Polly at: We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your booth and how it fits into our Earth Day education theme.
